as a psychology major and a Criminal Justice minor, i woould have to say the use of it is a sensitive subject.. It is a non-lethal weopon such as pepper spray and many others, but the taser is the most effective weopon out. however the people using them are sometimes under trained with and and sometimes use it when unnecessary. Very touchy subject!
Appears to me the drunk was non-compliant. Should the cops have let the drunk run the show? Not!! When you ****** up you need to comply with the rules. The cops will do everything they need to go home safe and maintain their full retirement.
